Programme
Friday 6 june
Welcome to the RIPL2025. From about lunchtime, you are welcome to check in at Landgoed Zonheuvel in Doorn. As regular attendees are used to, the first day is all about arriving calmly, finding your place on the premises and, of course, seeing old friends and hopefully make new friends. Naturally, the RIPL really starts when we toast to a successful event with the attendees. Welcome drinks will start at 5pm, followed by dinner at 7pm. Those who get in later can of course squeeze in. You’re among friends, there is always room for one more. You may be tired from the journey, yet excited about what is to come; the first evening is always about being together in a relaxed way.

SAturday 7 june
A departure from the tradition —we’re aware of that— the Saturday kicks off with the wellknown parts market. Indeed on a Saturday for the first time, for the simple reason that it fits better with the rest of the programme. If you don’t need parts but you are curious about developments in the Panhard world? Around 9:30am, the first of a total of four presentations will start. It will be tough choice which one to attend, so much we guarantee. For lunch and the afternoon programme, we will drive our Panhards to the Visscher Classique museum in Buren. A fun drive south through the varied, river clad landscape. Please get ready for some waves, as no drive through the central part of the Netherlands is complete without a ferry crossing. After a lavish lunch, will you want to stay at the Visscher Classique museum, or would you rather get some fresh air in the historic town of Buren? The 14th century Saint Lambert Church and the Royal Orphanage are well worth a visit. It is up to you. In any event, our programme provides for a nice and scenic return journey, which will bring you back to Zonheuvel Estate in time for dinner.
SUNDAY 8 june
You prefer to sleep in on Sundays? You could, but you will miss the beauty of the town of Oudewater. Instead, we recommend jumping into the car right after breakfast for a scenic drive along the remnants of the Dutch Waterline. Going past Schalkwijk, Lopikerkapel, Montfoort ending up in Oudewater, you will feel like you are part of a rich piece of history of the low countries. Did you depart in time? Then definitely pay Oudewater a visit. You really should not miss out visiting the 15th century Witches Weigh house, where women accused of witchcraft were weighed to prove their innocence. History tells us that no one was ever found guilty, which is why we dare to assure you that after a visit to the Witches Weigh house, everyone will be allowed to travel on as usual.
We will have lunch at Fort Wierickerschans, fifteen minutes from Oudewater. Please note: the programme is tight, so make sure you will have parked your Panhard at the fort by noon! There is plenty of parking for the whole group, as Panhards will be allowed to park inside of the Fort itself. Just enter the fort via the drawbridge. Obviously, don’t forget to take in this special place and its history before we leave for today’s final leg.
By way of a connecting drive, we will go to The Hague, for a visit to one of the two museums we present to you today. The true car enthusiast will obviously register for the Louwman Museum. If you believe that by then you will have seen enough classic cars, by all means sign up for a visit to nearby Museum Voorlinden. One of the country’s finest museums of modern art. Museums in the Netherlands promptly close at five o’clock on Sundays. This means there is plenty of time for the drive back to Doorn and a beauty sleep, before the gala dinner will start at 7:30pm. That will be the traditional end of a fantastic weekend full of new impressions, old friendships and, above all, the joy of being together with our Panhards. read more
MONDAY 9 june
Monday morning is our last breakfast together as a group. Talking, making plans for the near future and ensuring that we will stick to them. ‘Partir, c’est mourir un peu’, we know, but next year we’ll see each other again. Obviously…
